福州这场招聘会“火”了!来榕毕业生福利满满

记者了解到,今年,福州市进一步扩大人才储备范围,在原有为毕业三年内未就业的国内“双一流”建设高校工学门类专业本科及以上学历毕业生发放人才储备补贴的基础上,将有意在福州市就业创业并落户的非本地生源、毕业三年内未就业的全日制本科毕业生、技工院校全日制(预备)技师班毕业生都纳入人才储备范围,给予三个月未就业生活补助,同时补助标准从每人每月760元提高到了880元。据统计,今年新增储备人员500多人,发放人才储备金111万元,超过七成储备人员都成功留榕就业。

提供1.6万个岗位 最高年薪45万元

从行业划分,批发和零售业企业提供岗位4657个,制造业企业共提供岗位4218个,信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业共提供岗位1581个;从学历要求上看,博士岗位需求30个、硕士岗位需求353个、本科岗位需求4182个、大专岗位需求1.1万个;从专业需求上来看,工程类专业岗位1438个,信息科学类专业岗位1370个,化学化工类专业的岗位764个。记者获悉,年薪最高可达45万元。
